biz.lk---CIMA Sri Lanka Division announces the Mastercourse Discover the power within 'U' on 9 February 2010.
Do you feel Energetic? Excited? Enthusiastic?
This is confidence, where you feel that you can conquer the world. All positive energies come out with self confidence, like the emotion of happiness, the action of laughter, saying the right thing at the right time - these are supported by a feeling of confidence, a feeling that you can tackle anything, without a second thought.
The environment around you will have a huge impact on your level of self confidence. Your self confidence is important to you because a lack of it can hold back your progress in life. A person who is confident, truly loves and believes in themselves. They have the courage to do what their heart desire. The opinions and discouraging words from others have very little negative impact on them once they decide to pursue their dreams and goals.
Lack of self confidence can lead to a self perpetuating problem as people with low self confidence set less goals and are more likely to under perform. In the work place, they are unlikely to work to their full capacity as they lack the confidence to perform well.
Building your self confidence is a progressive effort and you need to develop it gradually by testing and challenging yourself daily or regularly. As your self confidence improve, the more challenges you will conquer and the better you will feel about yourself. Ultimately, you will become a person who has the self confidence to do whatever thing that you desire in life. After this workshop you will feel re-charged and ready to tackle new situations.
